About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for steering the planning function of large‑scale, high‑value programmes, ensuring that processes are followed and delivery targets are met. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and oversight of schedule performance are essential to achieve client expectations. • Oversee a safe, high‑quality, compliant delivery environment while championing well‑being and inclusion. • Direct key assignments, ensuring planning, scheduling and performance align with strategic objectives. • Support senior management with governance, due diligence and long‑term business strategy. • Foster collaboration, knowledge‑sharing and strong stakeholder relationships across projects. • Lead planning and scheduling across complex project phases. • Interface with stakeholders to drive progress reporting and productivity tracking. • Embed sustainability, safety and contract compliance into programme delivery. • Manage planning teams, tools and methodologies for continuous performance improvement.
