About the Role
In this role you will execute testing activities, work closely with engineers to adapt test plans, and maintain laboratory organization while supporting product development and validation. • Set up and perform prototype, pre‑production, and agency testing for enclosures, cooling, and high‑density liquid‑cooling products. • Collaborate with engineers to understand test intent, adapt test setups, and support evolving test plans. • Build, modify, and operate test fixtures, lab equipment, and prototypes for product development verification. • Record precise measurements, observations, and generate organized technical test reports. • Diagnose and resolve test setup, instrumentation, equipment, and product behavior issues using mechanical, electrical, and controls knowledge. • Maintain lab organization, calibrate equipment, and drive continuous improvement for efficiency. • Provide hands‑on support to design, value‑engineering, and new product introduction activities.

What You Bring
The role requires relevant technical education, practical lab experience, and the ability to troubleshoot, document findings, and meet physical and certification standards. • Associate degree or equivalent technical training in electrical, electronics, HVAC, refrigeration, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum two years of experience in engineering, R&D, or test‑lab environments. • Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting ability; independent resolution of test issues. • Proficiency with common lab instruments such as calipers, micrometers, pressure/force gauges, and voltage meters, plus data‑logging software. • Skill in preparing clear technical documentation using standard computer tools (e.g., Microsoft Office). • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lb and stand or sit for prolonged periods during testing. • EPA 608 certification required or obtainable within three months (company‑paid).
