About the Role

The Sales Gallery Coordinator supports the Sales team by ensuring guests receive a welcoming experience and by keeping the Sales Galleries organized and functional. • Greet guests courteously to ensure a positive environment. • Update the Chorus system with accurate tour information. • Assign guests to Sales Executives based on the sales rotation. • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly. • Maintain the appearance and functionality of Sales Galleries.
