About the Role

The Senior Information Manager role focuses on implementing, administering, and supporting information management systems that drive a major infrastructure program central to United States border security initiatives. This position is part of Parsons’ Owner Agent Construction Management Services, which deliver program management, construction oversight, risk management, scheduling, cost estimating, progress reporting, quality assurance, safety, and other essential services. • Implement and administer PMIS tools such as Kahua, Procore, and Oracle Primavera P6. • Provide technical support and troubleshoot PMIS platforms and related IT systems. • Define workflows, document processes, and optimize system configurations with program stakeholders. • Deploy and maintain IT infrastructure, including office buildouts, remote connectivity, and cloud environments. • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to deliver actionable insights for leadership and clients. • Train and mentor program staff on PMIS usage and technology adoption. • Collaborate with the Principal Information Manager to ensure alignment with program goals and regulatory compliance. • Monitor system performance, identify improvements, and implement enhancements for efficiency. • Produce detailed documentation of system implementation, updates, and support activities.

What You Bring

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 10 years as a technical consultant. • Obtain necessary DHS suitability determination. • Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting PMIS platforms. • Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, including office buildouts, remote connectivity, and cloud‑based systems. • Proficient in system administration, troubleshooting, and support for distributed or cloud environments. • Ability to document workflows, configure systems, and optimize processes to meet program requirements. • Excellent communication skills for training and supporting staff. • Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities under tight deadlines. • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. • Familiarity with Tableau or Microsoft Power BI for analytics and dashboarding. • Knowledge of construction industry business processes. • Experience on large‑scale infrastructure or government programs. • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
