Counter Sales Associate

About the Role

As a Counter Sales Associate you will deliver exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and call‑in customers, process orders, quote prices, enter orders into the system, and provide order information. You will pull orders as required, communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policies, and apply technical knowledge to advise and troubleshoot customer issues. Additionally, you will identify related products, add‑on extensions, and promote product promotions while performing other assigned duties. • Deliver exceptional service to walk‑in, phone, and call‑in customers. • Process, quote, and enter sales orders, and pull orders as needed. • Communicate product features, benefits, warranty policies, and provide technical advice. • Identify and promote related products, add‑on extensions, and current promotions. • Utilize Oracle or similar sales‑order software to manage transactions. • Apply knowledge of construction and industrial products to troubleshoot customer issues. • Offer Spanish language support for customer interactions.

What You Bring

Preferred qualifications include a proven record of excellent customer service, experience with sales‑order software—preferably Oracle—and knowledge of construction and industrial products. Fluency in Spanish is also desirable.
