About the Role

• Develop and manage project cost reports, evaluating actual and forecasted costs against budgets • Provide detailed analysis on cost risk, issues, and mitigations to stakeholders • Create project accruals and forecast reports with monthly, biweekly, or weekly detail • Support earned value analysis • Assist in developing project control and execution plans • Review and approve subcontractor and third‑party invoices • Help develop RFPs, RFQs, and other contract negotiations • Support the development of project estimates • Assist with value engineering exercises • Develop cost‑management procedures for C&W and clients as required

What You Bring

The Cost Manager, Life Sciences, Project & Development Services role supports all cost‑management activities for one or multiple complex projects. The incumbent works closely with senior project managers and senior cost analysts to develop high‑level strategic cost plans from early project phases through closeout. Collaboration with the project cost lead and project controls manager is required to create long‑term support plans, including building, managing, and reporting cost reports and analysis. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills are essential.
