About the Role
The Global Marketing Sponsorships Manager role is a fully remote position within Stanley Black & Decker’s Marketing team and involves roughly 40% travel to manage sponsorship activations worldwide. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for major sports and entertainment partnerships such as NASCAR, Formula 1, and other motorsports. You will nurture sponsor relationships, activate branding, VIP experiences, meet‑and‑greets, social media content, and special requests, while ensuring Stanley Black & Decker products are featured exclusively in partner environments. Collaboration with internal brand, B2B, and activation teams is essential to deliver promotions, events, social campaigns, and philanthropic initiatives, and you will support hospitality planning for customers and VIP guests. • Serve as primary contact for major sports and entertainment sponsorships (e.g., NASCAR, Formula 1, motorsports). • Manage and nurture sponsor relationships to maximize brand impact. • Activate and optimize sponsorship assets such as branding, VIP experiences, meet‑and‑greets, social media content, and special requests. • Ensure Stanley Black & Decker products are featured in partner environments, maintaining exclusivity. • Collaborate with internal brand, B2B, and activation teams on promotions, events, social campaigns, and philanthropic initiatives. • Support planning and execution of hospitality experiences for customers and VIP guests. • Establish and track KPIs, measure ROI, and report on partnership performance. • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance partnership value and improve processes.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate is a continuous learner who embraces innovation and has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or 5–10 years of relevant experience.
