The Construction Supervisor supports all phases of utility construction for telecom projects, overseeing both aerial and underground work. They develop team skills, lead the company‑wide safety culture, drive deadlines, ensure quality, provide customer service, and coordinate multiple crews on job sites. • Support all phases of utility construction for telecom projects (aerial and underground). • Develop team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom construction. • Lead by example and uphold company‑wide safety culture. • Drive team to meet deadlines and deliver quality projects. • Provide high level of customer service when interfacing with customers. • Direct multiple crews and coordinate job site activities. • Prioritize daily safety and maintain high‑quality work standards. • Solve complex problems with a hands‑on approach. • Lead and support day‑to‑day needs of construction crews. • Coach, mentor, and troubleshoot issues in the field.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates prioritize daily safety, have a track record of high‑quality work, and excel at hands‑on problem solving. They bring experience leading construction crews in telecom (coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading), enjoy coaching and mentoring, are proficient with Microsoft Office, and may hold relevant MOS codes. • Knowledge of telecom construction: coax/fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn custom software. • Relevant MOS codes (12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591).
