About the Role
The Maintenance Technician supports the property’s maintenance program—including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic work—and assists with the make‑ready process under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role requires daily onsite presence, prompt response to work orders, and participation in on‑call emergencies to ensure safe, well‑maintained community environments. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders for common areas, buildings, and units. • Perform routine and emergency repairs, preventative maintenance, and make‑ready tasks. • Conduct daily inspections of grounds, buildings, and amenities to identify and correct hazards. • Maintain swimming pool chemistry logs and perform pool cleaning. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and compliant with safety and OSHA standards. • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with inventory tracking, hazard communication, and on‑call emergency response. • Provide excellent customer service and enforce community policies consistently. • Complete accurate records of service requests, preventive maintenance, EPA/OSHA compliance, and unit turnover status.

What You Bring
