About the Role
Employees are accountable for product quality, proper measuring techniques, tool care, and basic troubleshooting, seeking support from supervision and engineering as needed. They also contribute input on product improvement and must maintain a safe, healthful work environment in compliance with OSHA standards. • Perform forming, cutting, sharpening, piercing, welding, and painting of fabricated materials. • Conduct visual and integrity tests on welds. • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe work environment. • Provide input on product improvement to supervision, engineering, and quality teams.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a welding certificate from an accredited technical school or program, have actively welded within the past year, and possess 1–2 years of experience in painting, welding, or fabrication. Ability to read and understand blueprints, basic shop math, and proficiency with hand tools, air tools, gauges, and torque wrenches are required. The role demands excellent natural or corrected vision and the physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds repeatedly, reach overhead, stand for long hours, and perform stooping, bending, pulling, and pushing tasks. The job cannot be performed with alternating sitting and standing. Work may involve hazardous chemicals and exposure to extreme temperatures in confined spaces. Required personal protective equipment includes safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, and possibly face masks, gloves, aprons, hard hats, and specialized clothing. • Hold a welding certificate from an accredited technical school or program. • Have actively welded within the past year. • Possess 1–2 years of experience in painting, welding, or fabrication. • Read and interpret moderately complex blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics. • Use hand tools, air tools, gauges, and torque wrenches proficiently. • Work independently, applying initiative and problem‑solving skills. • Lift up to 35 lb repeatedly, reach overhead, and stand for long periods. • Maintain excellent natural or corrected vision and wear required PPE.
