About the Role
Inspect all aspects of incoming, in‑process, or finished equipment and sub‑assemblies to company standards, determining acceptance or rejection. Evaluate parts against blueprints, schematics, or drawings, quarantine non‑conforming material, and complete the required QC paperwork and electronic records, reporting results to a lead or supervisor. • Inspect incoming, in‑process, and finished HVAC components and record inspection results. • Evaluate parts against blueprints, schematics, or drawings and quarantine non‑conforming material. • Complete QC paperwork and electronic records; report findings to supervisors. • Operate measuring tools and apply established inspection techniques and principles. • Work on a fast‑paced assembly line rotating through assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping. • Perform entry‑level assembly tasks while learning multiple trade skills.

What You Bring
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of related experience; prior QC experience is helpful but not required. Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Office, understand manufacturing processes, be able to read measuring tools, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Essential mental functions involve effective written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, good decision‑making, analytical problem‑solving, multitasking, and teamwork in a high‑pressure environment. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lb, sitting or standing for up to 95 % of work hours, and working in seasonal hot or cold temperatures with dust and occasional chemical fumes. • Meet physical requirements: lift up to 50 lb, sit/stand most of the shift, tolerate seasonal temperature extremes and dust. • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; collaborate with all manufacturing personnel. • Minimum qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, two years related experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office.
