CDL Truck Driver - Residential
Drive a heavy-duty truck to collect residential waste, following safety and route protocols.

About the Role
The CDL driver will safely operate a heavy‑duty truck on transfer routes, perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections, follow Waste Management safety rules, DOT and OSHA regulations, and complete end‑of‑day documentation while keeping customer sites clean. • Operate vehicle in compliance with WM safety rules, DOT and OSHA regulations • Conduct pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and complete DVIR documentation • Report unsafe conditions, incidents, accidents, and service interruptions promptly • Participate in scheduled training, briefings, and meetings • Collaborate with Operations Manager to improve route efficiency and best practices • Communicate customer requests and service issues to Operations Manager or Dispatch • Dump receptacles, clean the site, and leave it free of debris • Follow assigned routes, complete end‑of‑day paperwork, and check‑out process • Assist other drivers as directed to meet customer needs
What You Bring
Candidates must have at least one year of CDL or equivalent military driving experience within the past seven years, be 18 years or older, possess a valid Class A or B CDL with an air‑brake endorsement, and be legally authorized to work; a high school diploma or GED is preferred. • Require at least 1 year of CDL or equivalent military driving experience within 7 years • Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States • Hold a valid Class A or B CDL with air‑brake endorsement • High School Diploma or GED preferred
