About the Role
The role involves planning, designing, building and maintaining IT services, projects, portfolios, products and processes, with responsibility for assigning tasks and managing a modest budget. The position operates with minimal supervision, supporting business partners through effective IT service management. • Perform and document IT service portfolio and product activities supporting business partners. • Lead IT initiatives to manage service level agreements. • Assist in planning, prioritizing work and scheduling. • Create documentation for products and services using best practices. • Enhance engagement with business, IT partners and other stakeholders. • Foster a positive team environment by training and providing feedback to less experienced staff. • Maintain technical knowledge and business acumen within the discipline.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5–8 years of IT experience. • Proficient in data analysis using Microsoft Excel. • Experience leading small IT projects or sub‑teams and knowledge of IT project management. • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to collaborate with remote project teams. • Prefer experience with Procure‑to‑Pay (Coupa) applications. • Prefer supporting SaaS applications and integration with other systems. • Prefer translating customer business needs into technical requirements. • Prefer applying technical expertise to plan, design, build, or support products and processes. • Prefer mentoring team members on relevant theories, practices, and principles. • Prefer managing budget for assigned area of responsibility. • Prefer managing relationships with outsourcing partners.
