About the Role

The Warehouse Associate will process customer orders for shipment, receive inbound material from internal and external suppliers, and operate within all established policies and procedures. Performance expectations include meeting targets for productivity, quality, attendance, safety and on‑time shipping. The role also involves accurate order verification, cycle counting, picking, packing, put‑away, value‑added services and reporting of shipments and non‑conformances. • Process and ship customer orders using manual paperwork or automated WMS/RF devices. • Receive inbound shipments, verify product codes and quantities, and store items in correct bin locations. • Operate RF units for picking, cycle counting, and inventory verification. • Perform accurate cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies. • Execute value‑added services (customer‑specified item numbers, labeling, packaging, paperwork). • Accurately report completed shipments, separate packages by carrier/service, and ensure compliance with ISO and Sandvik procedures. • Identify and report non‑conformances in warehouse activities. • Meet productivity, quality, safety, attendance and on‑time shipping targets.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a high‑school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 lb and stand 6–8 hours per day, and possess a strong knowledge of warehouse management (WMS) and ISO systems. Familiarity with ADC warehouse processes, basic computer skills, a team‑oriented and results‑driven mindset, and a flexible schedule are required. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. • Lift up to 50 lb and stand 6–8 hours per day. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of WMS, ISO systems and ADC warehouse policies; possess basic computer skills and a team‑oriented, results‑driven attitude. • Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
