What You Bring
NV5 Geospatial is actively recruiting a Geospatial Cloud Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern, secure cloud‑based web applications. The role is remote, supporting US Southern Command, and requires US citizenship and the ability to pass a basic background check; a TS/SCI clearance is desirable. Minimum qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or five years of equivalent experience, plus proven experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular, geospatial dashboards, REST and GraphQL APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. Preferred qualifications include AWS or Azure certifications, Portuguese or Spanish language skills, an active TS/SCI clearance, and experience with government IT programs. While no clearance is required, a US Government Secret or TS/SCI clearance is preferred, and all applicants must be U.S. citizens eligible for security clearance. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or 5+ years of relevant experience. • Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Developer, AI Associate, Azure Developer Associate. • Portuguese or Spanish language skills are a plus. • Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain Secret/TS‑SCI clearance. • Travel up to 15‑20% of the time. • Work remotely or from any NV5 regional office with flexible location.
