About the Role

Cleaners are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the store. Duties include operating cleaning machinery, mopping, vacuuming, wiping, sweeping, and occasional deep‑cleaning of toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, and oven canopies. External tasks involve keeping trolley bays free of leaves and debris. All health‑and‑safety procedures must be followed, and full training is provided by Arcus. • Operate cleaning machinery and perform mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, and wiping. • Deep‑clean toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, and oven canopies as needed. • Maintain clean trolley bays by removing leaves and debris. • Follow all health and safety procedures. • Provide a smartphone with NFC for the Arcus Connect attendance app.

What You Bring

No prior cleaning experience is required as comprehensive on‑the‑job training is provided, though previous experience is a plus. Candidates must have an eye for detail, a positive attitude toward cleaning and customer service, and a smartphone with NFC capability for the Arcus Connect app, which is a condition of employment.
