About the Role
The Vice President of Construction (also referred to as Vice President of Facilities) will lead the construction division, overseeing project portfolios, financial performance, team development, and stakeholder relations to advance the company’s growth. • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of assigned construction project portfolio, ensuring on‑time, on‑scope, and on‑budget completion. • Monitor project schedules and track progress, communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders. • Develop and manage construction budgets, analyze costs, and identify savings opportunities. • Lead and mentor a high‑performing team of construction managers, project managers, and related professionals. • Cultivate relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders; serve as primary contact for project inquiries. • Provide regular progress reports highlighting achievements and addressing challenges. • Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards. • Implement process improvements to increase division efficiency and stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). • Possess proven executive leadership experience in construction, with comprehensive knowledge of building codes and regulations. • Demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and drive results.
