About the Role

The role is responsible for maintenance, assembly and manufacturing, providing specialist support for technical duties that advance the organization’s maintenance and reliability initiatives. You will work unsupervised on a range of drilling and evaluation down‑hole tools and surface instrumentation within the limits of proven competence. As an AMO Electromechanical Technician you will read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists, and follow formal procedures and maintenance practices. You will assist with activities to ensure repairs, scheduled and preventive maintenance on factory equipment are completed on‑time and safely, and perform quality‑assurance tasks required by manufacturing or engineering specifications and ISO requirements.

What You Bring

Collaboration with cross‑functional teams and customers is essential to provide technical guidance and troubleshooting knowledge. To succeed, you should have a diploma or relevant degree, 5+ years of maintenance experience in electro‑mechanical drilling, and preferably prior experience with Baker Hughes. Advanced mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand tools and precision measuring equipment, and the ability to identify problems and develop solutions are also required.
