About the Role
Installers are responsible for installing home remodeling products in line with Mad City standards, applying any necessary finish work, and ensuring each job meets customer expectations. After each installation, they must communicate with management to confirm satisfaction, authorize final payments, and complete a job checklist together with the homeowner. • Install home remodeling products according to company standards • Apply finish work as required • Communicate with management after installations to confirm customer satisfaction and finalize payments • Complete job checklist with homeowner at project completion • Treat homeowners and their property with utmost respect • Maintain workers’ compensation and liability insurance

What You Bring
Candidates should have at least three years of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction, and possess knowledge of residential baths, windows, or kitchens.
