Director - Data Management

About the Role

Develop and implement a sector-wide data strategy within ES‑A, aligned with enterprise master data, data governance, analytics, and business objectives. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define data standards, policies, and procedures, and contribute to implementing MDM processes and technologies that support scalability, automation, and business growth. Establish an ES‑A analytics roadmap that aligns data delivery needs with business strategy, and build/manage the infrastructure for data syndication and integration to internal systems, industry data warehouses, and channel partners. What You Bring

Minimum 10 years of data management, marketing, or IT experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, with a deep understanding of data models, architecture, and system integration. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (e.g., information systems, computer science, marketing, journalism, English, IT, business) and proven experience deploying Master Data Management (MDM) programs across multiple ERPs and front‑end applications. Expertise with MDM/PIM platforms and ecosystems such as PDH, Reltio, and Stibo STEP, as well as data syndication to internal and external consumers and involvement in data standards organizations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) coupled with strong written communication and presentation skills. Demonstrates an innovative, creative, collaborative mindset; a self‑starter with energy and enthusiasm thriving in a matrix environment. • Require minimum 10 years of data management/marketing/IT experience, with at least 5 years in leadership. • Deep knowledge of data models, architecture, system integration, and related business processes. • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, marketing, or a related field. • Proven track record deploying MDM programs across multiple ERPs and front‑end applications. • Expertise with MDM/PIM platforms (PDH, Reltio, Stibo STEP) and data syndication to internal/external consumers. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent written communication and presentation skills.
