About the Role

Reporting to the Superintendent, the Senior Field Engineer will coordinate daily crew activities, monitor schedules and budgets, ensure compliance with specifications, manage cost coding, and oversee safety documentation. The role also supports estimating, design development, subcontractor coordination, and project close‑out procedures. • Conduct daily briefings with crews to confirm schedule, material, and equipment availability. • Collect, coordinate, and review shop drawings, design specs, and material requirements for compliance. • Provide technical input for work plans, scheduling, and risk identification. • Evaluate daily production, schedule, and budget projections to track performance. • Document daily activities using company‑approved tools and methods. • Enter accurate quantity data and manage cost coding with finance and accounting teams. • Review and approve daily timecards, resolving inquiries with payroll and supervisors. • Perform quality assurance checks on specifications throughout project phases. • Manage permits, certificates, inspections, and other construction documentation. • Conduct Job Hazard Analyses and attend weekly safety meetings to ensure a safe work environment. • Assist estimating team with schedules and provide technical input as needed. • Support development of design drawings and coordinate subcontractor methods and crews. • Reconcile job close‑out checklist with owner representatives and field crews.

What You Bring

Benefits
