About the Role

In this role you will support all phases of utility construction for aerial and underground telecom projects, guide multiple crews on‑site, and ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards. What You Bring

The ideal candidate lives safety daily, has a proven record of high‑quality work, and enjoys hands‑on problem solving. Experience leading construction crews, knowledge of coax and fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. Military MOS codes 12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, and 2591 are relevant, and a long‑term project mindset is valued. • Proven track record of high‑quality project completion. • Strong problem‑solving skills and hands‑on work approach. • Experienced leader managing day‑to‑day construction crew needs. • Knowledge of coax/fiber splicing, directional drilling, and map reading. • Ability to troubleshoot field issues and coach team members. • Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to custom software. • Relevant military MOS codes (12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591).
