About the Role

This position is based at our Knightdale, NC facility. The role involves operating and reading hand‑held RF units to locate, move and allocate material, preparing items for shipment by assembling containers, posting weights and affixing appropriate postage and paperwork, coordinating emergency shipments and requests during non‑work hours, and driving and maintaining forklifts through daily inspection checklists while performing 5S+ housekeeping duties as necessary. • Operate hand‑held RF units to locate, move, and allocate material. • Prepare shipments by assembling containers, posting weights, and attaching postage and paperwork. • Coordinate emergency shipments and requests outside regular hours. • Drive and maintain forklifts, completing daily inspection checklists and 5S+ housekeeping duties. • Perform order selection, packing, and receiving tasks in a logistics/warehouse environment.

What You Bring

Minimum two years’ experience in a logistics or warehouse environment, including order selection, packing, and receiving processes is required. A high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution is required. Candidates must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future. Basic understanding of Microsoft applications is expected. Position criteria include good judgment with a safety focus, ability to work daily or weekend overtime, willingness to flex to different areas or local plants, ability to lift 50 lb, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive lifting, bending and squatting. Candidates must be willing to become certified in forklift operation. • Minimum two years of logistics or warehouse experience. • High school diploma or GED required. • Ability to work in the US without corporate sponsorship. • Residency within a 50‑mile radius of Knightdale, NC (military exemption applies). • Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications. • Ability to lift 50 lb, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive lifting, bending, and squatting. • Willingness to become forklift certified and work overtime or flex to other plants.
