About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager partners with HR Business Partners and business leaders to deliver talent solutions for the South Central Region. The role creates and oversees talent acquisition strategy, programs, metrics, tools, and sourcing initiatives, all aligned with JE Dunn’s strategy, vision, and values. Key responsibilities include collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence, developing sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines, managing the full selection process, and leading selection teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes. The manager also oversees recruitment metrics and tools, contributes to enterprise recruitment marketing, and stays current on hiring trends and market conditions. Collaboration across the geographically dispersed Talent Acquisition team and guidance on internal communication projects are also essential. • Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to drive talent processes and human capital strategy. • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver HR services aligned with regional strategy. • Develop sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines and address anticipated talent gaps. • Manage end‑to‑end selection process, including pre‑screens, interviews, and feedback collection. • Apply interviewing and screening techniques to assess fit and match candidates to positions. • Oversee recruitment metrics, tools, and procedures to ensure efficient hiring experiences. • Contribute to enterprise recruitment marketing and sourcing strategy using best practices and technology. • Stay informed on hiring trends, competitor insights, and employment market conditions. • Foster collaboration across the geographically dispersed Talent Acquisition team. • Provide guidance on internal communication projects for HRBPs and business leaders.

What You Bring
The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software, solid business acumen, and deep knowledge of talent acquisition practices. Ability to analyze large data sets, recognize trends, solve problems, and make data‑driven recommendations is critical. Influencing, facilitation, project management, and relationship‑building abilities are also essential. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field is required, though relevant experience may be considered. Candidates must have at least five years of progressive recruiting experience. The working environment may involve lifting up to 10 pounds, extensive travel, and typical office activities such as sitting, viewing screens, occasional standing, walking, and bending. • Demonstrate strong communication, influencing, project management, and data‑analysis skills. • Possess deep knowledge of talent acquisition practices and ability to coach hiring managers. • Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience. • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds; may require extensive travel; typical office environment.
