About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor will organize, direct, and manage the overall maintenance and preservation of the community, working closely with the Property Manager on budget and expenditures while ensuring all areas are maintained to market‑ready standards. • Direct and oversee maintenance staff to ensure all community areas are well maintained. • Monitor, support, and improve team performance through skill development. • Maintain proper inventory levels and order supplies as needed. • Perform hands‑on, market‑ready, occupied, and preventative maintenance accurately and promptly. • Obtain bids, interact with contractors, and evaluate competitive pricing for supplies. • Collaborate with the Property Manager on community budget and maintenance expenditures.

What You Bring
• Minimum five years of apartment management and supervisory experience. • Proven leadership and team‑building skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop subordinates. • Experience in apartment maintenance and a Type II A/C or Universal certification. • High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
