About the Role
The specialist’s primary goal is to achieve sales growth by creating and managing customer relationships, delivering technical sales consulting, and providing comprehensive account management, including renewal of maintenance agreements. • Prospect, build, and maintain customer relationships in the assigned Richmond territory. • Achieve or exceed sales and margin targets while serving as a technical sales consultant. • Retain and renew maintenance agreements through the MFA program and improve customer satisfaction. • Conduct sales planning, needs assessments, and account targeting to expand the installed base. • Collaborate with operations, service project managers, and branch business‑development teams to resolve customer concerns and identify new opportunities. • Track opportunities, manage the CRM pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasts using Otis sales tools.

What You Bring
Success in this role requires a minimum of three years of outside sales experience, prior industry experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, a customer‑centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Candidates must be comfortable using Microsoft‑based software in a technical environment and demonstrate leadership, goal‑orientation, and strong time‑management abilities. • Minimum 3 + years of outside sales experience; prior industry experience required. • Strong written and verbal communication, customer‑centric attitude, and ability to manage multiple projects. • Proficiency with Microsoft‑based software and comfort in technical environments.
