About the Role
The position is part of ACCIONA’s quality team on the North East Link Project, where the incumbent will help coordinate activities that meet contract requirements and uphold the project’s quality standards. The role covers a wide range of quality‑related tasks, from audit management and nonconformance handling to certification support and the coordination of documentation throughout the project lifecycle. • Assist the quality team in coordinating contract‑delivery activities for the Alliance. • Monitor and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with the project Quality Management Plan. • Develop and prepare quality reports, documents, and records. • Implement and maintain the M80 Audit Schedule. • Lead internal audits and support external audits, accreditation, and supplier assessments. • Report nonconformances and defects, expedite corrective actions and escalations. • Maintain external certification for the QMS and deliver related training. • Manage the Calibration Register and control calibrated equipment. • Oversee the Inspector Register and verify capability assessments for 2nd/3rd‑party inspectors. • Act as focal point for Notifications of Inspection (NOIs) and coordinate inspections with stakeholders. • Compile and distribute inspection, audit, and testing documentation. • Track and close actions identified by inspectors, auditors, and reviewers, including punch‑list and hand‑over documentation.

What You Bring
Candidates should have a background in quality coordination for large‑scale construction projects and possess relevant industry qualifications. • Minimum 3 years experience in quality and completions coordination on large, complex infrastructure projects. • Proven ability to control documents and records using collaboration platforms such as TeamBinder, Aconex, or RIB CX. • Recognised construction industry qualification. • Internal or external auditor certification. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Exposure to a landmark infrastructure project slated for completion in 2028.
