About the Role

The Maintenance Technician supports an affordable‑housing community, handling corrective, preventative, and emergency maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role includes routine upkeep of common areas, unit turn‑around, pool maintenance, and daily inspections to ensure safety and compliance. • Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance on community common areas, buildings, and units. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders and service requests. • Assist with make‑ready turnover processes and schedule repair‑related turn events. • Maintain swimming pool cleanliness, perform pool maintenance, and record chemical logs accurately. • Conduct daily inspections of grounds, buildings, and amenities to identify and correct hazards. • Uphold Asset Living’s policies, safety standards, and OSHA guidelines in all tasks. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and compliant with hazard communication programs. • Track inventory of equipment and supplies and maintain detailed service records. • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring consistent communication with residents. • Participate in on‑call emergency rotations and address urgent property issues. • Follow Fair Housing Laws and maintain compliance with EPA/OSHA regulations.

What You Bring
