About the Role
The primary function of a Framer 2 is to manufacture round‑stock products to established specifications in a productive, efficient, and safe manner. During a 90‑day probationary period, the employee is classified as a Framer 3 while training until proficiency is achieved. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities. • Inspect and verify quality and classification of all round stock to ANSI, ASTM, or corporate standards. • Operate hand and framing tools to cut, drill, gauge, brand, tag, clean, and prepare poles for treatment. • Document and report material processed. • Maintain tools, equipment, supplies, and work area. • Assist in inspection of all round stock products. • Assist in receipt of materials, tallying, identification, records, and information. • Assist in operation of full‑length and deep incisor as required. • Operate pole‑tag machine to manufacture aluminum tags as required. • Participate and contribute to the company safety program.

What You Bring
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least three months of wood‑framing experience, and knowledge of ANSI standards and power‑tool operation. Candidates should also understand grading, defects, and species of wood.
