About the Role

The Common Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout public areas, the lobby, and pool facilities, while presenting a positive image at all times. The role also includes handling additional tasks that arise from unexpected circumstances or special requests. • Clean public areas such as stairwells, railings, walkways, and trash rooms per quality standards • Maintain spotless lobby and glass doors, keep work area clean • Collect, replenish, and manage pool towel inventory, removing dirty towels

What You Bring

Successful candidates demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to stand and move for up to four hours, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 lb and work in confined spaces. A high school diploma or equivalent and prior hospitality experience are preferred. • Display a positive image through appearance and conduct • Positive interpersonal skills with guests and employees • Ability to stand and move for up to 4 hours continuously • Strong organizational skills for multitasking in a fast‑paced environment • Capability to work in confined spaces and reach other departments promptly • Ability to push/pull carts, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lb • High school diploma or equivalent • Prior hospitality experience
