About the Role
Under the direction of Project Executives, the Resource Coordinator processes field employee transfers across all projects and may be required to work at project sites within or surrounding the DFW metroplex. Key duties include maintaining accurate resource loading data, collaborating with project teams to ensure staffing assignments meet project and employee needs, forecasting future staffing requirements, identifying training gaps, and supporting employee development and supervision potential. The role also serves as the field HR liaison, handling employee relations issues, daily workforce interactions, compensation and classification changes, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions, while performing other necessary duties. • Process field employee transfers using accurate resource loading data. • Collaborate with project teams to align staffing assignments with project and employee needs. • Forecast future staffing requirements and recommend actions to executives. • Identify training gaps and suggest employee development initiatives. • Mentor and coach field employees, supporting supervision potential. • Serve as field HR liaison for employee relations issues. • Review and process employee compensation, classification changes, and performance reviews. • Assist with disciplinary actions as needed. • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and objectivity in enforcing policies.

What You Bring
Required skills encompass effective verbal and written communication, strong organization, attention to detail, the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines, adaptability to a fast‑paced environment, problem‑solving, active listening, empathy, and maintaining professional relationships. Qualifications include a High School diploma or G.E.D., proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), preferred knowledge of Microsoft Project, familiarity with electrical construction methods, field staffing experience, bilingual Spanish ability, a valid driver’s license, ability to navigate rough terrain, and clearance of background and drug screenings. • Communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet multiple deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; MS Project knowledge preferred. • Understand electrical construction methods; field staffing experience advantageous. • Bilingual Spanish speaking/writing is a plus. • Hold a valid driver’s license and ability to navigate construction sites. • Travel daily to job sites within DFW; minimal travel outside metroplex.
