About the Role
As a Traveling Lead Heavy Equipment Operator, you will work at various landfill or recycling facilities serving over 20 million customers. You will operate bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders, following strict safety procedures that protect both employees and the environment. • Operate heavy equipment in compliance with safety policies • Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance • Maintain accurate equipment records • Move and position raw materials and finished components • Follow standard operating procedures for vehicle operation and maintenance • Take accountability for adhering to safety guidelines • Handle objects less than 30 lb occasionally • Work in landfills, recycling facilities, or other operator sites in the Upper Midwest (ND, SD, MN, WI, MI, IA)

What You Bring
The normal schedule is Monday‑Friday full‑time, with occasional weekend travel. Operators must be able to travel up to 90 % within the market area, mainly across landfill and recycling sites in the Upper Midwest.
