About the Role
In this role you will be accountable for taking new products and designs from initial customer requirements through conceptual design, detailed engineering, testing, qualification and final delivery. You will develop subsea production system technologies that meet customer needs and generate detailed designs and documentation. You will manage project scope, timeline and budget, lead global cross‑functional teams using DFMA principles, and provide technical guidance while mentoring a diverse engineering workforce. • Develop subsea production system technologies aligned with customer needs, incorporating new and proven solutions. • Produce detailed designs, drawings, bills of materials, calculations, and lead qualification and system integration testing. • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, resources, and stakeholder/change management. • Lead global, cross‑functional teams and apply DFMA principles. • Provide technical guidance, conduct peer reviews, and mentor engineers and designers. • Identify new opportunities, generate patents, perform Freedom to Operate analysis, and monitor market trends.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Petroleum Engineering (or equivalent), have proven design engineering experience for subsea production systems, be proficient with 3D CAD (CREO/Pro‑E) and PLM tools, understand GD&T and Design for Manufacture, and demonstrate strong stakeholder management and a proactive growth mindset. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Petroleum Engineering (or equivalent). • Demonstrated design engineering experience for subsea production systems and proficiency with CAD (CREO/Pro‑E) and PLM tools. • Strong knowledge of GD&T and Design for Manufacture principles. • Ability to own deliverables, manage multiple stakeholders, and resolve conflicts. • Positive, proactive growth mindset.
