What You Bring

As a Maintenance Technician you will drive company success by inspecting guestrooms, public spaces and back‑of‑the‑house areas, repairing or replacing light bulbs, lamps, switches, outlets, faucets, toilets, hardware, filters, paint, furniture, wall covering, caulking, grout and other miscellaneous items. The role requires basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and mechanical skills, the use of hand and power tools, and the physical ability to stoop, kneel, lift, push, pull and handle weights up to 80 lb, as well as climbing ladders up to 30 ft. Detailed record keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets. The minimum qualifications include at least one year of general maintenance experience, the ability to stand, sit, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push/pull and lift/carry items frequently throughout the workday, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license (desirable). The schedule is full‑time overnight from 11 pm to 7 am, including weekends. • Utilize basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical skills with hand and power tools • Minimum one year of general maintenance experience required • Ability to lift/pull up to 80 lb and climb ladders up to 30 ft • High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license preferred
