About the Role
• Store, organize, and maintain items in warehouse locations in compliance with DA PAM 710-2-1 and AR 735-5. • Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing equipment for shipment or redistribution. • Support preparation for Property Accountability Reviews (PARs) and audits. • Resolve discrepancies in documentation and coordinate corrections with supervisors. • Receive and verify equipment and materiel turned in from Army units. • Input and update property transactions in Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP. • Perform location surveys, bin checks, and cyclic inventories to maintain accountability. • Check turn-in documents (DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts) for completeness and accuracy. • Support coordination with transportation personnel for outbound shipments. • Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials and compliance with environmental regulations. • Assist in inspection and condition coding of items before storage or disposition. • Provide assistance to unit supply personnel delivering equipment to the site. • Maintain warehouse logs, inventory control sheets, and daily activity records. • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE to safely move and stage equipment. • Coordinate staging and movement of items into designated warehouse or yard areas. • Support audit readiness through accurate recordkeeping in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. • Maintain segregation of serviceable, unserviceable, HAZMAT, and sensitive items.

What You Bring
• Familiarity with Army turn-in and supply procedures highly desirable. • Ability to work in high-tempo, large-volume turn-in environments. • Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and teamwork skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Must be able to travel within the US when/if required. • 2-4 years of warehouse, supply, or logistics experience (Army or contractor preferred). • Must have a Real ID. • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in logistics or supply preferred. • Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, LMP, DPAS). • Must have a valid state driver's license for the state of North Carolina w/proof of insurance. • Ability to read and process Army documentation (DA and DD forms). • Army supply/property accountability regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-21). • Forklift/MHE operation certification (OF 346) preferred.
