About the Role

• Repair and replace ADA operators, manual and swing doors, door closers, pivot assemblies, panic hardware, hollow metal, storefront, and automatic folding, swing, and sliding doors. • Service various door control devices and perform preventative maintenance on commercial and automatic doors. • Apply carpentry skills for partition framing, metal/wood stud installation, and door/window installation. • Manage multiple projects, adhere to deadlines, and follow detailed processes. • Provide strong customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

What You Bring

The current opening is for an Automatic Door Service Technician. The role focuses on servicing automatic door systems for commercial clients, working with a range of door types and related hardware to ensure reliable operation and safety. Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience, strong mechanical aptitude, carpentry skills, and a clean driving record. Technicians are expected to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high‑quality service in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a professional attitude and strong customer focus. Both teamwork and independent problem‑solving are essential for success. • Maintain a positive, professional attitude while working independently or within a team. • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an automatic door installer or service technician; AAADM certification preferred. • Strong mechanical aptitude and a clean driving record are required. • Familiarity with manufacturers such as Horton, Stanley, Record USA, Besam, and Assa Abloy is a plus.
