About the Role

• Oversee day‑to‑day management of leased and owned properties, including tenancy coordination and maintenance oversight • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, lease terms, safety requirements, and BGIS governance processes • Manage landlord and tenant obligations, rent reviews, lease variations, and property alterations • Support property transitions, inspections, lifecycle planning, and condition assessments • Collaborate with Facilities Management, Asset Management, and Finance teams for integrated service delivery • Monitor financial performance, budgets, outgoings, and invoicing • Maintain accurate records in BGIS Connect and deliver real‑time reporting • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, sustainability, and service innovation
