About the Role
Arcus is recruiting a part‑time In‑Store Cleaner for the Sainsbury’s store in Linlithgow on a fixed‑term contract until March 2026. The role is 16 hours per week at £12.21 per hour, with immediate start available. Cleaners are essential to maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment for customers. • Operate cleaning machinery safely • Perform thorough cleaning: mopping, vacuuming, wiping, sweeping • Clean toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows, and oven canopies inside the store • Maintain outdoor trolley bays free of leaves and debris • Follow all health and safety procedures

Benefits
Shift patterns are varied, with early morning, morning, afternoon and evening options and weekend work. The current schedule runs 16:00‑19:00 on Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, and 16:00‑02:00 on Friday, with Mondays and Tuesdays off. Overtime may be offered to increase hours. Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required; an eye for detail, a positive attitude and good customer service are essential.
