About the Role

The manager leads the branch’s mission, overseeing all staff to hit revenue and profit targets, grow market share, and boost customer satisfaction while complying with corporate and legal policies. Responsibilities include cultivating a safety‑first mindset, driving continuous improvement through Lean and the Terex Business System, and ensuring decisions are grounded in strong business acumen. Additional duties involve expanding top‑line margin via pricing and productivity initiatives, generating revenue from service sales and equipment, gathering market intelligence, and coaching the team. The role also requires disciplined cost control, inventory and receivables oversight, and strict health, safety, and environmental compliance. • Lead a safety‑first culture and enforce daily, weekly, monthly safety standards. • Apply Lean methodology and the Terex Business System to drive continuous improvement. • Align processes with customer needs to exceed satisfaction expectations. • Foster team member engagement to build a high‑performing workplace. • Expand top‑line margin through pricing controls and productivity initiatives. • Grow revenue by selling services, replacement parts, and new equipment. • Collect market intelligence and develop strategies to increase territory share. • Coach, counsel, train and develop all employees. • Instill cost‑discipline and keep expenses within budget. • Oversee inventory levels, receivables collection, and working‑capital management. • Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance with measurement systems. • Maintain compliance with SOX and other operational standards.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, have at least two years of P&L responsibility, and five years of management experience. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, five years of leadership in a service‑oriented industry, Lean/5S expertise, and strong analytical and organizational skills.
