About the Role
The Executive – Procurement role in the Property Management division is responsible for end‑to‑end procurement activities, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and approved. This position coordinates with user teams, legal, taxation, finance and other stakeholders to support material and service acquisitions. • Convert purchase requests (PRs) into purchase orders (POs) following approved processes and instructions. • Follow up on material and service deliveries to ensure timely receipt. • Renew contracts and agreements promptly to maintain continuity. • Update trackers and management information systems (MIS) regularly. • Prepare reports using Excel to track procurement activities. • Manage and monitor road permit processes, ensuring compliance. • Handle documentation and data management according to internal procedures. • Coordinate with user teams, legal, taxation, finance, and other departments. • Conduct supplier reconciliations and review open purchase orders. • Execute special projects as assigned on an ad‑hoc basis. • Provide end‑to‑end procurement support across all stages. • Resolve queries from finance, RFI, taxation and related areas. • Ensure all transactions have proper approvals and validations. • Issue road permits and ensure they are returned in compliance with requirements.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a graduate degree, preferably a B.Com with a diploma in material management or a related qualification, and have 2–3 years of relevant experience. Compensation will be commensurate with market standards.
