About the Role

The role supports both maintenance and housekeeping efforts, ensuring that common areas, vacant units, and public spaces such as the office and clubhouse are consistently presented in top condition. • Clean move‑out apartments and ready them for new residents • Remove trash from the grounds daily • Sweep sidewalks and driveways on a regular schedule • Water trees and trim grass and shrubs • Assist the maintenance team with make‑readies and support housekeeping as needed • Replenish bathroom supplies and replace light bulbs • Distribute flyers and letters to residents when required • Maintain a clean maintenance shop and secure property keys
