About the Role
• Coordinate repairs in the field by scheduling technicians and ensuring timely response • Communicate with customers and sales reps regarding repair status • Open, edit, review, and invoice work orders • Coordinate parts orders and component repairs to support field service jobs • Monitor field service expenses, technician overtime, and job progress • Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution • Support the service team with accurate documentation and updates

What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent • 1–2 years of dispatching experience in a service‑related industry • Excellent customer service skills • Professional communication skills (verbal, written, phone, email) • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office • Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to perform under pressure • Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of construction equipment (preferred) • Forklift experience (preferred) • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
