About the Role
A Laborer is responsible for safely and efficiently performing general labor duties at a hauling company, transfer station, recycling center or landfill. Responsibilities may include yard clean‑up, fueling vehicles and equipment, general vehicle operation, general office maintenance and other related duties. • Clean work areas and maintain tracks. • Perform yard tasks such as mowing and paper pickup. • Operate site vehicles and equipment (water trucks, sweepers, mowers, etc.). • Conduct office maintenance, painting, and janitorial duties. • Install temporary wind fences as needed. • Direct site traffic when required. • Access health care and dependent care spending accounts. • Participate in Employee and Family Assistance Program.

The pay range for this position is $16.30 to $22.45, reflecting the minimum wage in multiple jurisdictions, with the actual range depending on the locality where you are hired.
