About the Role

We will oversee and review complex US international tax calculations, including quarterly and annual foreign tax credit computations, Subpart F, GILTI, and FDII. The specialist will manage the end‑to‑end US international tax compliance process, ensuring accurate preparation and comprehensive review of Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, and supporting workpapers. In addition, we expect leadership of the US international components of quarterly and annual income tax provisions (ASC 740), tax account reconciliations, and financial statement disclosures. The role serves as a key technical resource, analyzing US tax implications of global transactions, restructurings, and M&A activity while actively monitoring and modeling new legislative changes. Finally, the specialist will mentor junior team members, handle auditor information requests, and drive process improvements and automation. • Oversee and review complex US international tax calculations (FTC, Subpart F, GILTI, FDII). • Manage end‑to‑end US international tax compliance, including preparation and review of Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118 and supporting workpapers. • Lead preparation and review of US international components of quarterly and annual tax provisions (ASC 740) and related disclosures. • Serve as technical resource analyzing US tax implications of global transactions, restructurings, and M&A. • Monitor, research, and model impact of new US international tax legislation, presenting recommendations to leadership. • Mentor and coach junior tax team members, reviewing workpapers for accuracy and development. • Coordinate information requests with external and internal auditors on US international tax matters. • Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance compliance efficiency.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated International Tax Specialist to join our dynamic corporate tax team. This senior‑level role, equivalent to a manager in public accounting, oversees critical aspects of our US international tax compliance, provision, and planning. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex projects in a fast‑paced environment. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required, and a minimum of six years’ experience in US International Tax is essential. Candidates must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship, and CPA or a Master’s in Taxation (MTAX) is strongly preferred. Required expertise includes deep knowledge of Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, foreign tax credits, E&P, and transfer pricing, as well as advanced proficiency with tax compliance software (e.g., CorpTax, OneSource) and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP). Expert‑level Microsoft Excel skills for building and reviewing complex financial models, strong research and documentation abilities, and proven leadership and mentoring capabilities are also required. Exceptional project management, executive‑level communication, and a strategic, analytical mindset are critical for success. • Minimum 6 years US International Tax experience; bachelor’s degree required; CPA or MTAX preferred. • Advanced proficiency with tax compliance software (e.g., CorpTax, OneSource) and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP); expert Excel modeling skills. • Strong leadership, project management, and executive‑level communication abilities. • Able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship.
