About the Role
Property managers work independently across multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside facilities. They assess customers’ storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily responsibilities include inspecting storage units, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collection calls.

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to walk around facilities for up to half of the workday, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Managers also perform routine cleaning and maintenance such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and keeping exterior grounds free of debris. Successful candidates have experience in customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or fast‑food operations. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for travel between locations, with mileage reimbursement provided.
