About the Role
Property managers work independently across multiple sites, both indoors and outdoors. Responsibilities include assessing customers' storage needs, recommending packing and moving supplies, conducting daily unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collection calls. • Work a flexible full‑time schedule (9:30 am‑6 pm, weekends until 5 pm) • Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing and moving supplies • Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure availability • Audit cash drawers and complete bank deposits • Make payment reminder and collection calls as needed • Lift and move items up to 35 lb; walk outdoors up to 50 % of shift; climb stairs and open large doors • Perform cleaning of interior areas and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal

What You Bring

Successful candidates typically have customer‑service sales experience from retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or similar environments.
