What You Bring
Mortenson is seeking a Scheduler I to handle routine planning and scheduling tasks for its Operating Groups, applying basic scheduling principles and techniques under supervision. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, and Mortenson adheres to equal employment opportunity principles, valuing diverse perspectives. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. • Possess prior experience on construction job sites (preferred). • Demonstrate basic knowledge of scheduling concepts, practices, and company software. • Understand standard construction practices and project sequencing. • Read and interpret plans and specifications effectively. • Exhibit strong analytical, problem‑solving, and creative judgment skills. • Communicate clearly, listen actively, and stay well organized. • Collaborate successfully in cross‑functional, team‑based environments. • Know Primavera P6 or Power Project software (a plus).

Benefits
The position offers a base salary ranging from $78,800 to $98,500, with higher ranges in select locations, eligibility for Mortenson’s incentive plan, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k match, paid time off, life and disability insurance, mental‑health resources, tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, and gym discounts.
