About the Role

The position is based at 3517 Camino Del Rio South, Ste 204, San Diego, CA 92108. As a CAM, you will serve as the primary liaison to association boards and homeowners, travel to client sites for meetings, inspections, and events, and prepare annual disclosure and financial packages in compliance with statutes. You will review monthly financial reports, deliver summaries to boards, and advise on capital expenditures to maintain community standards. • Serve as primary liaison between association boards, homeowners, and vendors. • Attend board meetings, conduct inspections, walk‑throughs, and community events on site. • Prepare and mail annual disclosure packages, meeting notices, and financial statements in accordance with statutes. • Review monthly financial reports and deliver summary updates to boards. • Advise boards on major capital expenditures to uphold community appearance and operations.
