About the Role
The position supports project delivery, operations, and performance across Transportation, Water, Program & Project Management, Buildings + Places, Environment, and Energy business lines. You will integrate with Project Managers, monitor performance, prepare reports, and develop technical deliverables while contributing to continuous improvement and data‑driven decision making. • Partner with Project Managers to support regional projects and programs. • Monitor project performance and align outcomes with business goals. • Prepare Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations for project delivery. • Apply engineering and project‑management techniques to develop technical judgment. • Produce designs, calculations, and drawings under senior supervision. • Participate in interdisciplinary reviews and drive continuous improvement. • Build and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and analytical tools for operations. • Collect data and generate monthly and quarterly financial forecasts. • Conduct research, analyze findings, and present actionable recommendations. • Coordinate data collection with business lines and corporate teams for reporting. • Assist with cost control, schedule tracking, and other key project‑management tasks.

What You Bring

The role provides hands‑on experience, mentoring, networking, and structured learning to build technical and project‑management foundations. You will collaborate with award‑winning professionals on transformative projects that shape communities locally, nationally, and globally. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with industry tools such as Oracle Primavera P6, Revit, Power BI, and Office 365 apps are preferred. Strong quantitative analysis, communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines are essential. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field. • Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite. • Possess working knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6, Revit, Power BI, and Office 365 apps. • Exhibit strong quantitative analysis, communication, and task‑prioritization skills.
