About the Role
The consultant is tasked with implementing the leasing and marketing program, promoting a positive image of the apartment community, and assisting management with resident programs and retention. Day‑to‑day duties involve touring the community for prospective residents, processing lease applications, organizing resident events, collecting rent payments, conducting campaign research, and maintaining a satisfactory closing ratio. • Tour prospective residents and guide them to their next home • Process lease applications and prepare lease documents • Plan and attend resident entertainment functions • Collect and secure rental payments • Conduct campaign research, reporting, and retention analysis • Maintain an acceptable closing ratio per property expectations

What You Bring
